Family Trip Details:

Full weekend trips include bus transportation, a wine and cheese party Saturday evening with raffle prizes, lift tickets for Saturday and Sunday, and accommodations. Big Sky's accommodations are at a condo which is within walking distance to a lift. Jackson Hole's accommodations are at a hotel in town with provided transportation to the mountain .

Youth Trip Details:

Youth trips generally negotiate with the destination ski areas to get discounted ticket rates. The transportation fees for youth members are covered by the PSA, but not for adult members.

Read the following rules and take the initiative to get your money to the trip coordinator. It is your responsibility. Late cancellations are expensive and frequently result in an empty seat on the bus. Please be considerate - the PSA is full of great volunteers so let's treat them with respect and have a great ski season together!

General Trip Policies:

You must be a member of the PSA
Reservations are accepted in the order that the required amount is received
Checks should be made out to 'Pocatello Ski Association'
Trip coordinators maintain the particapant list
Minors must have an acceptance form submitted or be accompanied by a parent
Busses for trips, if applicable, leave at 6 - 6am for day trips and 6pm for evening trips. Get there early so you don't get left behind
Non-alcoholic beverages are provided on the trips (Note: alcoholic beverages will no longer be provided on weekend trips, but are permitted for adults)

Family Trip Specific Policies:

Full weekend trips include bus transportation, a wine and cheese party Saturday evening with raffle prizes, lift tickets for Saturday and Sunday, and accommodations.

Reservations are made by paying the deposit or, if required, the full amount at least 30 days before the trip.
A trip deposit must be paid at the time of sign-up in order to reserve your seat for the trip.
The balance of the trip fee should be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of the trip, though the final balance due dates are set by the trip coordinator.
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the trip departure, only costs that are recoverable to PSA will be refunded to the member. The refund will be calculated after the trip has been completed, and the trip planner finds time. It is your responsibility to contact the trip planner for a refund. If you have not made contact by May of the season, the refund will be considered forfeited.

Youth Trip Specific Policies:

YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP BY THE END OF THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE TRIP!
A completed consent form must be submitted for youth before they may board the bus.
Payment for youth trips is due in full at the time of sign-up. Refunds are only recoverable if someone can be found to take the place of the person signed up.
Adults may sign up for the youth trips, but preference is given to youth if trip space is restricted.
